Our founding mission remains at the heart of the company today: to have the best labor force in the industry and leader in our specialties. Now, over 30 years later, we are proud to be achieving those goals. We have a roster of repeat clients at the top of their own industries. EMPLOYEE STOCK OWNERSHIP PLAN
The NSMC Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) is a plan in which the company contributes to a stock plan for the benefit of the company’s employees.
