Brad began his career in the trades in 1979 and in 1987 he became a partner/owner of North Shore Mechanical Contractors (NSMC). In 2019 NSMC merged with HB Global, LLC and all employees became employee owners, sharing in the success they help create. Brad’s passion is to build and sustain a company with a strong culture and provide meaningful career paths that enhance people’s lives and the communities in which we live and work—a company that will continue in a similar trajectory long after his time here ends.
Brad’s post-secondary studies were in mechanical engineering and a life-long learner. He continually takes classes in all areas of business, leadership, and trade improvements to become better every day. Brad’s passion outside of work is sports, but more specifically hockey! He played in high school, college, and beyond at many levels. Hockey is in Brad’s blood!

MANAGER OF FIELD OPERATIONS
Jason started his career with NSMC in 2007 as an apprentice and shortly after achieved his plumbing and medical gas licenses. Once he became a licensed plumber, he took on small jobs and eventually began to run large scale projects. In 2019 Jason was promoted to Field operations manager. Outside of work Jason enjoys spending time with his kids, golf and obstacle course races.
Kevin has been with North Shore Mechanical Contractors, LLC since 2008. After attending a vocational high school he started his career at NSMC as a Journeyman plumber. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA. Kevin he has held many positions within the company both in the field and office. He lives on the north shore of Massachusetts with his family. They enjoy spending their vacation time on Cape Cod as often as they can during the summer months.
DIRECTOR OF SERVICE & SPECIAL PROJECTS
James started his career with NSMC in 2004 as a apprentice and shortly after achieved his plumbing and waste water licenses. After 10 years of field experience from an apprenticeship to project superintendent, he joined the service & special project team as a service manager. In 2019 became the director of the SSP division. He enjoys being a part of a great team at NSMC and being able to help people grow into their full potential. Outside of work James enjoys staying active with basketball and mountain biking, playing guitar and listening to podcasts.
PROJECT OPERATIONS MANAGER
Starting with NSMC in 1987 as an apprentice, Dennis attained his plumbing license 1989, working as a licensed plumber and soon began running work as a foreman before eventually becoming a superintendent. When the opportunity arose, he moved into the office as an APM and worked his way up to a PM where he is currently working as the Project Operation manager. He was born, raised, and is currently living in Wilmington, MA with his wife and four children, three of whom are college graduates with the fourth currently enrolled at Western New England University. He enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.
Jillian has been with NSMC since 2010. Throughout her career she has been an Administrative Assistant, Accounting Manager and now Controller. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
HUMAN RESOURCE DIRECTOR
Julie started with NSMC In June of 2021 as the HR Director. She has over 20 years’ experience in the HR field and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
