200 Cambridge Park Drive is a 221,000 S.F. Design / Buildretrofit project of a robust office / laboratory building consisting of six stories plus mechanical penthouse.
The base building scope consists of separation of plumbing and process piping systems from a previous large pharmaceutical research facility to a potential eleven individual biopharm tenant suites. Each tenant space will receive dedicated waste stream piping and pH adjustment systems and isolated utility piping to service a number of potential laboratory and corporate uses.
The project will be delivered over an aggressive 6 month design / build schedule with concurrent programming and budgetary support for tenant fit-up scopes during the final three months.
